During my tenure as a Public Relations Staff in the External Affairs Division, I honed my skills in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and media collaboration through diverse and impactful experiences:

• Person-in-Charge for Management Visit and Pure Connect: Successfully led the planning and execution of these pivotal events, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality participant experiences.
• Comparative Study Coordination: Arranged and coordinated four comparative study events outside the city, each involving 100+ participants. These events fostered meaningful collaboration and knowledge exchange between organizations.
• Collaborative Content Creation: Partnered with external organizations to produce impactful content as the outcome of these events, enhancing their visibility and relevance.
• Building Long-term Partnerships: Established and maintained long-term collaborations with media partners to support ongoing organizational objectives.
• Event Hosting:
  • Served as Master of Ceremony for the Organizational Socialization Management Trainee HMDM FEB UB 2023, showcasing strong public speaking and engagement skills.
  • Acted as Moderator for Keeping Up With The Alumni 2023, an event attended by over 100 participants, facilitating discussions and ensuring a smooth flow of the session.

These experiences not only refined my ability to manage large-scale events and foster partnerships but also strengthened my communication and leadership capabilities, contributing to both personal and organizational growth.
