• Master of Ceremony: Hosted the Organization Socialization event, showcasing strong communication and public engagement skills.
• Steering Committee: Served as a Steering Committee Member for Management Days, contributing to the event's strategic planning and execution.
• Media Relations: Oversaw and maintained relationships with over 50 media partners, ensuring consistent and impactful collaboration.
• Social Media Growth: Led strategies that boosted the HMDM Instagram following by 1,000+ new followers, significantly enhancing the organization's online presence.
• Management Visit Leadership: Directed and managed comparative studies with six different organizations, including engagements on an international scale, promoting cross-border learning and collaboration.
• Team Leadership: Supervised a team of six members and successfully oversaw three key agendas, achieving a performance score of 92.00/100, reflecting high-quality execution and impact.
