VENTBION CHEERLEADING

As a member and leader of @VentBion21, the official cheerleading team of SMAN 21 Jakarta, I gained invaluable experience in teamwork, leadership, and group management:

• Team Member: Contributed to the team's success by performing in synchronized routines, fostering team spirit, and supporting my peers during practices and performances.
• Team Leader: Served as the Leader of VentBion Cheerleader 2021, where I managed and guided a team of over 20 members. My role involved overseeing training sessions, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining team morale.
• Leadership Development: Learned to balance individual contributions with team goals, ensuring everyone worked cohesively to achieve success both on and off the field.

This experience taught me the importance of communication, discipline, and adaptability in leading a dynamic and energetic group, preparing me to handle leadership roles effectively in various environments.
